Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: May 2026

To keep TALNT safe and useful for every operator and every candidate it touches, this policy describes the conduct expected of TALNT users and the categories of conduct that are prohibited.

Draft — pending attorney review. This document is a working outline of TALNT's intended policy. It must be reviewed and finalized by licensed counsel before relying on it for any customer relationship.

1. Permitted use

TALNT is licensed for use by your authorized employees, contractors, and agents in connection with your own recruiting workflows. You remain responsible for everything done with your account.

2. Prohibited conduct

  • Sending outreach to candidates without a lawful basis (e.g., violating TCPA, CAN-SPAM, or state-equivalent laws).
  • Uploading personal data you do not have the right to collect or store.
  • Bypassing TALNT's consent or unsubscribe controls, or using TALNT to contact users who have opted out.
  • Scraping, mirroring, or attempting to reverse-engineer the service.
  • Using TALNT to send unlawful, harassing, discriminatory, or misleading communications.
  • Sharing logins, tokens, or API credentials outside your organization.
  • Attempting to access another customer's data or any non-public part of the system.

3. Outreach compliance

TALNT provides consent-gating, opt-out keywords (e.g., STOP for SMS), and one-click unsubscribe for email. You are responsible for configuring your campaigns to honor these signals and for keeping records of consent.

4. Enforcement

TALNT may suspend or terminate access for any account engaged in conduct that violates this policy, applicable law, or the Terms of Service. We may also report unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities.

5. Reporting violations
