Cancellation Policy

You can cancel a TALNT subscription at any time. This page summarizes how to do it and what to expect after cancellation.

1. How to cancel

Account admins can cancel from Settings → Billing or by contacting billing@gettalnt.com with the org name and the desired cancellation date.

2. When cancellation takes effect

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep full access through the paid-through date; the subscription will not auto-renew after that.

3. Data after cancellation

  • Your account is set to read-only at the end of the billing period.
  • You may export candidates, jobs, messages, and activity logs via CSV from within the app or by emailing support.
  • 30 days after cancellation, the account is queued for deletion unless you reactivate.
  • Once deleted, organization data is removed from production systems within 90 days, subject to retention required by law or pending legal hold.

4. Refunds on cancellation

Subscription fees already paid are not refunded; see the Refund Policy for exceptions.

5. Reactivation

During the 30-day grace period, account admins can reactivate by updating payment information. After the data has been deleted, a new account must be created.
