Refund Policy

TALNT subscriptions are billed in advance for the term you select. This policy describes the limited circumstances in which refunds are issued.

Draft — pending attorney review. This document is a working outline of TALNT's intended policy. It must be reviewed and finalized by licensed counsel before relying on it for any customer relationship.

1. Subscription fees

Monthly and annual subscription fees are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods or unused capacity. You may cancel at any time to prevent further renewals; see the Cancellation Policy for details.

2. Implementation and onboarding fees

Implementation, onboarding, and one-time professional services fees are non-refundable once work has begun. If TALNT is unable to deliver a defined milestone, the unearned portion of that milestone may be refunded at our discretion.

3. Failed-payment refunds

If a payment is processed in error (e.g., duplicate charge, mis-billed seat count), notify billing@gettalnt.com within 30 days. Verified errors are refunded to the original payment method.

4. Service-level credits

For material service outages, TALNT may issue prorated service credits applied against the next invoice. Service credits are not paid as cash refunds.

5. Requesting a refund

Email billing@gettalnt.com with your account name, the invoice or charge ID, and a description of the issue. We respond within 5 business days.
