- A physical site you hire for — a shop, branch, clinic, or store. Plans include a location allowance; Enterprise is unlimited.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Monthly plans are month-to-month and you can cancel from Settings; you keep access through the period you've paid for.
- Is there a contract?
- Self-serve Starter and Growth are no-contract. Enterprise agreements are annual.
- Do you offer annual billing?
- Yes — annual is roughly two months free versus monthly. Pick it at checkout.
- How do we get started?
- Founding customers start on Starter at $299/month with guided onboarding: we configure the workflow, activate your first roles, and measure your first 30 days against your own baseline. Month-to-month — no long contract.
