AI that’s auditable by design — and a human decides.
High-volume hiring is exactly where AI helps most and where it’s scrutinized hardest. TALNT’s approach is built for both: speed for the operator, fairness for the candidate, and an audit trail for your compliance team.
Job-related by design
TALNT's AI evaluates only job-related signals — skills, relevant experience, certifications, availability. Our screening prompts include explicit instructions to ignore protected characteristics (race, age, sex, national origin, disability, religion) and their proxies. The objective is a fairer first look than an overwhelmed human skimming hundreds of résumés at 6am.
An auditable score is the number of record
Every candidate gets a deterministic 0–100 match score computed by transparent, inspectable logic — the same inputs always produce the same number. The AI's qualitative read is advisory and is logged with the specific evidence it cited. The auditable score, not a black box, is the number of record.
Human-in-the-loop
TALNT is built to assist recruiters, not replace their judgment. We surface the reasoning and the evidence behind every recommendation so a person makes the hiring decision. Advisory AI informs the human; it doesn't quietly decide for them.
Candidate transparency
Applicants are told, at the point of application and in both English and Spanish, when AI assists in reviewing their application. No hidden automated screening.
Consent-gated communication
Every text and email TALNT sends is consent-gated and built to TCPA/CAN-SPAM standards, with opt-out honored automatically. Automated outreach and compliant outreach are not a trade-off.
Your data, protected and isolated
Each customer's data is logically isolated per organization, encrypted in transit, access-controlled by role, and audit-logged. One company's candidates, pipeline, and analytics are never visible to another.
What’s on our roadmap (and not yet complete)
We’d rather tell you what we’re still building than imply a certification we haven’t earned. The items below are in progress — ask us where each one stands and we’ll show you, honestly.
- Independent third-party bias / adverse-impact audit of the screening models, with a published summary.
- SOC 2 Type II attestation (Type I first; the Type II observation window is underway by design).
- NYC Local Law 144 bias-audit + candidate-notice tooling for customers hiring in covered jurisdictions.
- Formal model documentation (model cards) and a customer-facing AI fact sheet + DPA on request.
For your compliance team
Reviewing TALNT as an automated employment decision tool? We’ll walk your team through the deterministic scoring logic, the evidence logging, the candidate-disclosure flow, our data-protection posture, and exactly where each roadmap item stands. Request our AI fact sheet and DPA and we’ll send them.
Request the AI fact sheetNothing on this page is legal advice or a warranty of any specific hiring outcome. TALNT supports compliant hiring; responsibility for employment decisions and jurisdictional compliance remains with the employer.
